The VOOPOO Argus E40 Pod Kit is a high-output refillable pod system powered by a 1800mAh internal battery with 5–40W adjustable output. It is designed for users who want more vapour, stronger airflow and longer battery life than typical compact MTL pod kits.

Using dedicated Argus E40 side-fill cartridges with integrated coils, the device supports DTL and RDTL vaping while keeping maintenance simple: when the coil is worn, the full pod is replaced.

Performance & Real Usage

0.3Ω Cartridge – DTL / High Output: designed for larger vapour production, warmer inhale and open airflow. This pod is best matched with lower nicotine strength liquids and higher VG blends.

0.6Ω Cartridge – RDTL / Balanced Output: designed for a more controlled draw with less vapour than the 0.3Ω pod, while still offering stronger output than a typical MTL pod. It can work with 50/50 liquids, but performs best with moderate VG blends and sensible wattage.

Important Nicotine Note: avoid high-strength nicotine salts on the 0.3Ω pod, especially at higher wattage, because sub-ohm output can deliver nicotine very quickly and may feel too strong.

Battery Behaviour: the 1800mAh battery supports extended use, but runtime depends heavily on wattage. Higher wattage with the 0.3Ω pod will drain the battery and e-liquid faster than lower-output use with the 0.6Ω pod.

E-Liquid Compatibility

• 0.3Ω Pod: best with 70VG or higher e-liquids for DTL use.
• 0.6Ω Pod: suitable for 50/50, 60VG and 70VG depending on airflow and wattage preference.
• Nicotine Salts: use cautiously and only at lower power, preferably with the 0.6Ω pod.
• High-Strength Nic Salts: avoid on the 0.3Ω pod to prevent excessive nicotine delivery.
• Freebase E-Liquids: generally the better match for higher-output use.

Ireland Climate Note: high VG liquids become thicker in colder Irish conditions. After filling, allow proper saturation time and start at a lower wattage before increasing power.

Side-Fill & Priming Protocol

• Remove the pod from the device.
• Open the silicone side-fill port.
• Insert the bottle nozzle into the fill port.
• Avoid the central airflow channel.
• Close the silicone stopper securely.
• Wait at least 5 minutes before first use.
• Start at lower wattage and increase gradually.

Static Wick Saturation Time: minimum 5 minutes after first fill.
