Brads & Forgotten Vape Brands – E-Liquid Museum Ireland
This archive showcases Brads and other lesser-known e-liquid brands that never gained lasting popularity in Ireland. Preserved by eliquids.ie for reference and flavour history.
The Legacy of Brads E-Liquids in Ireland
Brads was a low-cost e-liquid brand introduced to the Irish market in the mid to late 2010s. While briefly available through retailers such as EirHorse, VapeGreen Dublin and various local shops in Galway, Limerick and Cork, it never achieved mainstream popularity. Despite its affordability, Brads struggled to compete in flavour consistency, branding and user satisfaction.
Flavours That Never Gained Traction
The following Brads e-liquids were present across Irish shelves but quickly faded due to low demand:
- Sweet Tobacco – Mild, with honeyed notes, but often perceived as artificial.
- Menthol Ice – Cold and sharp, yet lacking complexity.
- Banana Cream – A dessert profile that tasted overly synthetic to many.
- Fruity Mix – Generic berry blend with weak flavour definition.
Not Just Brads – Other Forgotten Brands in Ireland
Brads wasn’t alone. Several other brands attempted to break into the Irish market but were ultimately discontinued or withdrawn due to weak performance. Among them:
- Bread Vape – An obscure label with confusing flavour names and limited appeal.
- Cosmig – German import with space-themed branding, but poor flavour reviews.
- Joyetech E-Liquids – Despite the brand’s hardware success, their e-liquids were never well-received.
- Vampire Vape (select flavours) – Popular overall, but flavours like Cool Red Lips, Sweet Tobacco and Blood Sukka Ice were quickly dropped from rotation in Ireland.
- IVG Mixer & Chew – Sub-series that lacked identity and were overshadowed by IVG’s core ranges.
Why We Preserve These Products
At eliquids.ie, we believe that documenting vaping’s full history means showing not only the most successful brands, but also those that didn’t resonate with Irish users. These products were part of the evolving vape scene – now archived in our E-Liquid Museum for reference, transparency and reflection.
