The best batteries for e-cigarettes
The e-cigarette battery is the heart of every device. The different batteries differ primarily in their charging capacity and size. We offer you different batteries for e-cigarettes from well-known manufacturers. Before buying, make sure you check which type of battery (18650/18350/14500) you need for your electronic cigarette or battery mod. A good battery is just as important as a powerful vaporizer. Sufficient power is required, in particular for the sub-ohm range, to ensure good vapor development. You can charge the empty battery cells directly in the device or in an external charger. It is particularly useful to have a spare battery for longer trips. Some e-cigarettes have a pass-through function, which allows vaping while charging. Regardless of the respective performance and capacity, all e-cigarette batteries can be divided into two different categories: Manual and automatic batteries - we have explained the exact difference for you at the bottom of the page. Our support team will be happy to answer any further questions you may have.

Battery for e-cigarette
In our e-cigarette online shop you can buy the right e-cigarette battery for your electronic cigarette. We offer you various, high-performance models from different manufacturers in the shop. The absolute bestsellers include batteries from Sony, LG and Samsung. Smaller manufacturers have now also specialized in the production of e-cigarette batteries and offer good quality. Please note that all e-cigarette batteries have a limited lifespan, which - depending on the model and capacity - is approx. 1 1/2 - 2 years. Please make sure that broken / defective batteries do not belong in the normal household waste, use the special disposal containers for old batteries.
E-cigarette battery: clocked and not clocked
Clocked and non-clocked batteries for e-cigarettes are available on the market. A clocked battery cell guarantees a constant output voltage regardless of the remaining charge capacity. With an unclocked version, this is exactly different: the higher the remaining battery capacity, the higher the output voltage. A low charge level also ensures a lower taste intensity. Please note that not every e-cigarette can be operated with both types, read the operating instructions for this to avoid damage. Many batteries now also offer a variable voltage setting, this is an electrical control with which you can regulate the output voltage (volts). In this way, the battery is then automatically clocked.
Charge correctly for a long service life
Every vaper asks itself the question of how long the lifespan of an e-cigarette battery is. Of course, there is no general answer to this question. However, the fact is that every e-cigarette battery only has a limited service life, but this can be significantly extended with the right care. In operation - especially in the sub-ohm range - a constant output power is required, which makes it all the more important that your battery is fully functional. The lithium-ion batteries used in e-cigarettes no longer have a memory effect. However, it should be noted that batteries are not good if they are constantly being completely discharged. So-called deep discharges can damage the battery in the long term. Most models are equipped with deep discharge protection. To ensure the longest possible service life, we advise you to use the battery between a charge level of 20 - 80%. Flat charge cycles have proven to be very effective, which means that the battery should never be completely empty or completely full.
The right battery: what should you watch out for?
Before buying a new battery, there are a few technical things to consider: In addition to the charging capacity (specified in mAh), the maximum discharge current (specified in amperes) - especially with sub-ohm vaping - plays a very important role. When using an e-cigarette in the sub-ohm range, a lot is demanded of the battery cell, here a high discharge current is crucial in order to achieve a dense vapor. Batteries for e-cigarettes usually have a maximum output of 10 - 40 A. Sub Ohm devices should be used with> 15 ampere batteries, for example the Samsung ICR18650-30Q with 3000 mAh or the Sony VTC 5. Here The following rule of thumb applies: the higher the discharge current, the lower the capacity. Sub Ohm batteries usually have a charge capacity between 2000 - 2600 mAh. Batteries with a lower discharge current can have up to 4000 mAh. When buying, pay attention to the purpose for which you want to use the rechargeable cell.
