The Rise and Fade of Beard Vape Co
Beard Vape Co was founded in Venice, California in 2014 by two brothers and a friend, starting from the back room of a vape shop. Known for bold branding and numbered recipes instead of names, the company gained fast popularity with dessert-inspired e-liquids that dominated the US market – and briefly reached Irish shelves through specialty imports and niche retailers.
Beard’s core range stood out thanks to rich flavour layering and high VG content. However, despite global cult status, many of their products became hard to source in Ireland by the late 2010s, with some lines discontinued entirely.

- No. 05 – A strawberry cheesecake blend that was once a bestseller, but faded as newer dessert liquids emerged.
- No. 32 – A cinnamon funnel cake profile that divided vapers due to its spice-forward finish.
- No. 64 – A blue raspberry hibiscus twist – unique but too niche for Irish preferences.
- No. 71 – A sweet and sour peach candy blend that couldn’t compete with IVG or Nasty Juice counterparts.
