Dispatch & Delivery Information (Ireland)
This page explains how orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered within Ireland. All delivery services are provided via An Post.
Order Processing & Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 14:00 (Irish time, Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched on the same working day.
Orders placed after 14:00, on weekends, or on Irish public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
All parcels are prepared and handed directly to An Post from our Irish dispatch facility.
Delivery Timeframes
Most deliveries within Ireland arrive on the next working day after dispatch. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to operational volumes, weather conditions, or routing schedules within the postal network.
Customers should allow additional time during peak periods.
Free Delivery
We offer free delivery on orders over €50 within Ireland.
Orders below this amount are subject to a standard delivery charge calculated at checkout.
Correct Address Requirements
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of order. A valid Irish delivery address must include:
- Full name (first name and surname)
- Street name
- House or building number
- Town or city
- County
- Eircode (postal code)
Shipping labels are generated automatically based on the information entered at checkout. Addresses are printed exactly as provided and are not manually corrected.
An incomplete or incorrect address may result in delayed delivery, return to sender, or extended investigation time with An Post.
Customer Responsibility
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the delivery details are accurate. We cannot accept liability for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect address information.
Age Verification at Delivery
In accordance with Irish law, proof of age (18+) may be required upon delivery. If an adult is not available, An Post may leave a collection notice and require identification at collection.
Tracking Information
Once dispatched, customers receive confirmation by email. Tracking updates, where applicable, are provided directly by An Post.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If a parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us with your order number. We will initiate an inquiry with An Post where necessary.
Public Holidays
Dispatch operations do not take place on Irish public holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next working day.
