Technical Overview – TFV18 Meshed Coil Platform (Full-Size)
This product contains 3 genuine Smoktech TFV18 replacement coil heads. These coils are designed exclusively for the full-size TFV18 tank platform.
The TFV18 series is engineered for ultra high-wattage direct-lung (DL) vaping. Large mesh heating elements combined with oversized cotton wicking ports allow stable operation at elevated power levels using high-VG e-liquids.
Physical Fit Verification – Full-Size TFV18 Only
Important: These coils are for the full-size TFV18 tank only.
The full-size TFV18 coil head is significantly larger than the TFV18 Mini version. The diameter, chimney height and threading are different. The two versions are not interchangeable.

E-Liquid Requirements & Consumption
TFV18 full-size coils operate at high wattage and use large cotton chambers. As a result, they consume significantly more e-liquid than standard sub-ohm or pod coils.
- Recommended: High VG liquids (70VG or higher)
- Not recommended: 50/50 blends at high wattage
Using thinner liquids (such as 50/50) at 100W+ may result in flooding or leakage through airflow ports due to rapid saturation. These coils are engineered specifically for thicker, high-VG blends.

TFV18 coils require regulated high-power devices capable of stable output above 80W. Insufficient airflow or excessive wattage may reduce coil lifespan.
Priming & First Use Protocol
- Apply e-liquid directly to all visible cotton ports.
- Install coil securely into the tank base.
- Fill the tank fully.
- Allow a minimum of 10 minutes for complete saturation.
- Start 15–20W below the “Best” wattage and increase gradually.
Due to the large internal cotton volume, insufficient priming may result in dry hits during first activation.

This product contains 3 coil heads per box. TFV18 full-size coils are physically larger and use different threading compared to TFV18 Mini coils. They are not interchangeable.
