Aspire Tigon Coil Head – 5PCS
Aspire Tigon replacement coil heads are engineered exclusively for the Aspire Tigon tank platform. Two resistance variants are available to support Direct Lung and Mouth-to-Lung configurations.

Physical Fit & TPD Version Check (EU / Ireland)
All Aspire Tigon coil variants share identical external housing dimensions. They are fully compatible with EU 2ml TPD glass configuration and extended global glass versions.
No chimney height conflict exists between 0.4Ω and 1.2Ω variants. No bubble glass or adapter required.

Material Transparency & Architecture
Aspire Tigon coils use a vertical heating architecture optimised for controlled airflow and stable thermal distribution. Designed for regulated wattage mode only.
Liquid Compatibility & Longevity
Average lifespan under moderate use: approx. 15–25ml of e-liquid. Lifespan depends on sweetener concentration, airflow, wattage level and usage frequency.
Priming Protocol (Expanded)
- Note: Tigon coils use a push-fit installation system. Simply press the coil securely into the tank base before filling. No threading is required.
- Apply several drops of e-liquid directly onto visible cotton ports.
- Install coil firmly into the base of the Tigon tank.
- Fill tank and wait 5–10 minutes.
- Take 2–3 gentle draws without activating device.
- Start below recommended wattage and increase gradually.
⚠ Avoid prolonged dry firing.
Cold Climate Activation (Ireland)
Below 10°C perform 2–3 short low-power activations without inhaling. Higher VG liquids increase viscosity in colder environments.

Do Tigon coils screw into the tank?
No. Aspire Tigon coils use a push-fit system and must be pressed firmly into the tank base. Which resistance is suitable for nicotine salts?
The 1.2Ω variant is generally paired with 10mg–20mg nicotine salt liquids. Why does the 0.4Ω coil feel too strong with high nicotine?
Lower resistance coils produce higher vapour density. High nicotine strength may feel excessive in DL configurations.
