Aspire Rover Plus is a compact regulated vape kit combining the Rover Plus mod with the Aspire AF Tank (EU 2ml TPD version). Designed for Mouth-to-Lung and Restricted Direct Lung configurations using AF Mesh coil technology.

Device Operation (Rover Plus Mod)

• 5 clicks to turn ON/OFF
• 3 clicks to lock/unlock adjustment buttons
• Use +/- buttons to adjust wattage between 1W and 40W
• Ensure wattage matches coil recommendations (see matrix below)

The internal chipset regulates output and provides short-circuit, low-voltage, overcharge and overheat protection.

Coil Compatibility & Ecosystem

The Rover Plus kit uses Aspire AF Mesh coil heads.

• 0.4Ω AF Mesh – Restricted DL (20–28W)
• 0.6Ω AF Mesh – RDL/MTL (15–18W)
• 1.0Ω AF Mesh – MTL (12–15W)

AF Mesh coils are also used across the Aspire ecosystem, including Flexus series and selected Gotek-compatible AF platforms. Not compatible with BP, Nautilus, PockeX or Tigon systems.

Physical Fit & TPD Version Check (EU / Ireland)

The included AF Tank is the EU 2ml TPD version. Fully compatible with all AF Mesh coil resistances. No chimney height conflict between variants.

Global extended glass versions are not included. No bubble glass required.

Battery & Charging Safety

• Integrated 2600mAh battery (non-removable)
• Use supplied USB-C cable
• Use standard 1A–2A wall adapter
• Do not leave charging unattended
• Avoid fast charging adapters

Priming Protocol (AF Tank)

• Install AF coil firmly into tank base.
• Apply several drops of liquid to exposed cotton.
• Fill tank below MAX indicator.
• Wait 5–10 minutes before first activation.
• Start at lower wattage and increase gradually.

Avoid prolonged dry firing.
