Pure-Mist – A Local Brand That Faded Quietly

Pure-Mist was an Irish and UK-based e-liquid brand that offered a wide range of flavours, from classic tobaccos to fruity and menthol profiles. Known for its affordable pricing and availability in convenience stores, vape shops and pharmacies, Pure-Mist served many beginner vapers in the 2010s. However, as demand shifted toward premium, higher VG juices and pod-compatible formulas, the brand gradually lost visibility and disappeared from the mainstream Irish market.

Discontinued Pure-Mist Flavours

• Classic Virginia – A dry tobacco blend, appreciated by ex-smokers but eventually overshadowed by more nuanced RY4 and smooth tobacco flavours.
• Ice Mint – Simple menthol profile, common but unremarkable.
• Apple Blast – Tart apple flavour with a sharp throat hit that didn’t appeal to fruit fans.
• Strawberry Cream – Light and sweet, but lacked the richness found in dessert-focused brands.
• Cherry Menthol – Once popular in starter kits, but fell out of favour with the rise of disposables and bar-inspired flavours.

Pure-Mist in Ireland

Pure-Mist products were available in Dublin, Cork and Limerick through pharmacies and vape outlets, including early listings on eliquids.ie and EirHorse. The brand helped many Irish users transition from cigarettes, but ultimately could not compete with more modern brands and packaging trends.
